ब्लड प्रेशर क्या होता है?

हार्ट जब ब्लड को पंप करता है, आर्ट्रिस के अंदर तो वही प्रेशर जनरेट करता है। इसी प्रेशर को हम एक मशीन के द्वारा मैजर करते हैं, जिसमें हम इसकी मैनेजमेंट कहते हैं और इस प्रेशर को ब्लड प्रेशर कहा जाता है। हालांकि एक नॉर्मल ब्लड प्रेशर की एक रेंज होती है, लेकिन इसको सरल भाषा में समझने के लिए नॉर्मल ब्लड प्रेशर 120/80 के आसपास होना चाहिए।

अगर यही लेवल बढ़ के 140/90 या उससे ऊपर चला जाता है तो हम इसको हाइपरटेंशन कहते हैं। हाइपरटेंशन ब्लड प्रेशर के अंदर दो कंपोनेंट होते हैं। एक ऊपर वाला और दूसरा नीचे वाला। जैसे की 140/90
